We’ll explore what has brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping to gain from the process, and begin developing a shared understanding of your experiences. There is no expectation to share everything at once; we’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Therapy can provide space to understand yourself more deeply, navigate difficult emotions or relationships, process life experiences, or make meaningful changes in your life.

My work is grounded in attachment theory and Emotionally Focused Therapy and is informed by person-centred, humanistic, and trauma-informed approaches. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to your individual experiences, needs, and goals.

Individual Psychotherapy: 50 minutes
Couples Psychotherapy: 50 minutesExtended sessions may also be available when appropriate.

Individual Psychotherapy: $145.00
Couples Psychotherapy: $160.00Payment is due at the time of the appointment, and a receipt will be provided.

Many extended health benefit plans provide coverage for psychotherapy services. Coverage varies between plans, so clients are encouraged to contact their insurance provider to confirm coverage for services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist or Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), as applicable.

I understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be charged the full session fee, except in the case of an emergency.

Yes. Information shared in therapy is confidential, subject to certain legal and ethical exceptions. Confidentiality, privacy, and its limits will be reviewed as part of the informed consent process before beginning therapy.

Many clients begin with weekly or bi-weekly appointments. Frequency can be discussed together based on your needs, goals, availability, and where you are in the therapeutic process.
